Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Should have a Bachelor degree in Law (LLB) in a well-known Indian university
Age Limit
Maximum Age: 40 years (as on July 1, 2025)
PH Candidates: 55 years (born not earlier than 02 July 1970).
Relaxations are applicable under SC, ST, OBC and other categories of reserved under UPPSC.
Marital Status:
Female Candidates: Not eligible if married to a man who already has a wife
Exception: Allowed only if exemption is granted by the Hon'ble Governor

The selection will be conducted in four steps:
Prelims Examination (Objective Type)
